Thiruvananthapuram
Noted social worker Mahesh Manikandan has been nominated as the national vice president of the All India Veerashaiva Mahasabha Youth Wing.
The official nomination was made by Sri Eshwar Khandre, national president of All India Veerashaiva Mahasabha, who is also serving as the Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment, Government of Karnataka.
The official announcement was made by the youth wing national president, Venkit Reddy D. Patil, during the recent Basava Jayanthi conference held in Kerala. Following the announcement, the national vice president of the Mahasabha, Sachindananda Murthy, welcomed Mahesh Manikandan by draping a ceremonial shawl.

The conference was attended by prominent leaders, including All India Veerashaiva Mahasabha Kerala State president Binu K. Sankar, general secretary Sreejith K. S., vice president Krishna Raj R. Pillai, central working committee Member E. P. Jayan, and secretary Gireesh Kumar.
